Dear Maintainer,

Would you please update Xiphos to the new release?  It fixes bugs 769940,
770713, and 772600.  Bug #769940 has been here now since November of 2014 and
no one has responded to it in all these months.

I've been a Debian user for almost 10 years now and this is the worst developer
response I've ever seen to a problem in Debian packages.  Silence for 6 months
is not what I would call a prompt response to problems.

What has happened to Debian?
