[Pkg-crosswire-devel] Bibledit Cloud package repository

Thank you Roberto, for creating the repository, and for how to easily push
the current data into it. Since the layout of the current repository at
github may not match the way of working with gbp, I will have a good look
at it first to see whether to push it as it is or whether to start from
