Dear Maintainer,

Upon reviewing the package, the following comment was made:

We need to carefully audit the debian directory of the package and
clean it up (e.g., the empty install and dirs files should be removed,
update the Standards-Version, update to a newer debhelper
compatibility level, clean up the rules file, etc.)
