Hi Daniel,

The purpose of debian/not-installed is to list the files that the autotools
install but the Debian package does not.
It's part of a more strict checking on the packaging in debian/rules:

override_dh_missing:

dh_missing --fail-missing

This rules is a safety check on any binaries that won't get installed by
the Debian packaging. The build process would fail on that, now. And that's
good because then the developer can see what's going on, and update the
debian/*install* files to get the missing files installed too.

I can look at the compression of Xiphos.ogg, that's ok.

Xiphos is not yet the latest version, I intend to look at that too.

Cheers, Teus.
