I also opened a bug upstream with a link to the bug in the debian bug
tracker with the fix for sword to build with ICU 63.1.

The upload, with the changes, were done to unstable, and were accepted now.

Yes, I understand, it's better to standardise on the accepted script.
I've put the script, with your fixes, back into the debian source tree.
And pushed it to the repository.
