[pkg-crosswire-devel] RFS: sword, sword-text-web

Hi,

On Wednesday, SWORD 1.9.0 was released. I commited the necessary changes
to salsa to publish a new package version. With it, I changed the build
system to cmake because that made it easier to add the python3-sword
package that was asked for.

Recently, I also updated sword-text-web.
Please consider sponsoring the two packages.
