I am willing to sponsor both of the packages for upload.

If the sword-text-web is ready, I can review it and upload it right away.

Bastian, once the copyright issues in sword have been updated and fixed,
may you give the signal, and I can then upload the package sword to
experimental to kick off the API transition, is that fine with you?
