[pkg-crosswire-devel] Bug#973456: sword-text-web: WEB 2020 update declared "stable text edition"

Early this year, the WEB bible released an updated version in which the 
main editor declared the work stable. Essentially, the same as 
"maintenance mode" for software, with only problems being corrected 
rather than new changes being introduced. The version of WEB currently 
on Debian is a few days away from being 2 years old, it would be nice to 
see it updated.
