[pkg-crosswire-devel] sword-text-kjv 2.10-1 MIGRATED to testing

After the fix on the pristine-tar branch, there's a new issue now.
While uploading, it hangs while it tries to upload the .dsc file.

It hangs at the above line, then after several minutes, it gives this
message:

dupload: error: Cannot upload sword-text-kjv_5.3-1.dsc: [Net::FTP] Timeout

Then at the second try to upload it says:

dupload: error: Cannot upload sword-text-kjv_5.3-1.dsc: Could not create
file.

The above sequence has been tried twice now, both with the same results. It
is the sequence of
1. Upload.
2. Timeout.
3. Upload.
4. Cannot create file.
