great.

i updated the script and the hook according to the patch, and modified
debian/rules to copy both into the correct place.
i renamed the files to debian/initramfs-cryptroot-hook and
debian/initramfs-cryptroot-script. maybe we support other
initrd generators in future, and then it will be better to name the
files accordingly.

please take a look at the svn repos and check if everything is fine now.

i'dd really like to wait until current cryptsetup enters testing before
uploading the new package, but as nothing happens with devmapper this
seem to take too long, so maybe i'll upload the package next week.
