[Pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#350548: cryptsetup: /etc/default/cryptdisks should be a conf file

/etc/default/cryptdisks should be a conffile (otherwise it will be 
overwritten on update of the package)

to this end, create the file  debian/cryptdisks.conffiles
in the source, containing the single line:
/etc/default/cryptdisks
