yes, i changed the build process in 2:1.0.1-16 to use dh_installinit
instead of manual 'install' calls in debian/rules.

i also improved your check and retry support. as you may have already
noticed, i added support for prechecks, and since 2:1.0.1-16 cryptdisks
doesn't depend on a mounted /usr any more:
- the checks are in /lib/cryptsetup instead of /usr/share/cryptsetup
- cryptdisks init script uses $(($REPEAT-1)) instead of /usr/bin/expr
