Package: cryptsetup
Version: 2:1.0.3-1
Severity: serious
Justification: FHS violation

Hi,

FHS requires /sbin and /bin tools to work without /usr. I suggest moving
luksformat to /usr/sbin.

Regards,
  Bastian
