Thanks...I've tested and verified the steps. There were some minor 
errors which I needed to correct, so I've added the result to the 
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstaller/PartmanCrypto wiki page for 
reference.

In addition, I've filed a number of wishlist bugs against other packages 
requesting udeb's necessary to use cryptsetup from the debian-installer. 
The relevant bug numbers (five so far) can also be found on the wiki 
page.

Now that I'm able to build images to test under qemu, I'm going to start 
hacking on partman-crypto and test the cryptsetup udeb.
