[Pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#397888: ignores resume configuration files

In addition to /etc/uswsusp.conf and /proc/cmdline, there's also
/etc/suspend.conf and /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume . I don't
claim it's great that everyone has their own configuration file, but
that something needs to be done about it. Regardless, cryptsetup
should honour them all.
