create mapped device if keyfile is INSERCURE MODE

Package: cryptsetup
Version: 2:1.0.4-3
Severity: normal
After the last update i can't boot the system because cryptdisk doesn't create a device, whose keyfile's permission is 600.
Before, it notified me this situation with the message:
INSECURE MODE FOR filename
and then it created the device, now it print only the message without any other explanation.
(Now i've changed the file permission)
