[Pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#409775: cryptsetup: Please include new hotplug script for udev

I wrote a script that replaces my usbcrypto.hotplug which in this
package. usbcrypto.hotplug won't work anymore after devfs was removed
from the kernel and udev is standard. To do the same things with udev,
one can use the attached script.
