[Pkg-cryptsetup-devel] CRYPTSETUP_NOAUTO patch

I have a few encrypted partitions but don't need all of them to be
mounted on startup. Attached is a patch that adds CRYPTDISKS_NOAUTO to
/etc/default/cryptdisks. It matches destination devices specified in
/etc/crypttab. It also adds another argument to /etc/init.d/cryptdisks
to force mounting of all devices in /etc/crypttab. Not sure if this
violates Debian policy or not though. I'm also not sure if it'd be
better to have a 'noauto' option in /etc/crypttab instead.
