I am Mr THOMAS ALLEN , the Funds Release Manager of 
GLOBECOM FINANCE & SECURITIES PLC as well as the 
Accounting Officer of Late Mr Moris Miller,an oil 
merchant, (hereinafter referred to as my client).

Unfortunately on Sept 11, 2001, my client, his wife, and 
their three (3) children were victims of the September 11 
bomb attack in the USA whilst on vacation. Since then I 
have made several inquiries to locate any of my client's 
relatives, but to no avail. The Board of Directors of my 
company - GLOBECOM FINANCE & SECURITIES PLC -  has just 
adopted a resolution and I was mandated, as the Accounting 
Officer, to provide the next of kin of my client for the 
purposes of payment of US$6M, the funds / monies in my 
clients account, within the next fifteen (15) business / 
working days or the money will be forfeited as an 
unclaimed funds. The company plans to invoke the abandoned 
property decree of 1994, Laws of the Federal Republic of 
Nigeria, to confiscate the funds at the expiration of the 
stated period above.
  
It is in the light of this present reality / circumstance 
that I seek your consent to present you as the next-of-kin 
of my client so that the funds in his account, ie the 
US$6M, can be transferred to you as the bona fide 
beneficiary so that the funds will not revert to 
Government treasury as unclaimed bill.

I guarantee that this transaction will be executed under a 
legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any 
breach of the law. When we receive the funds, it shall be 
shared between you and I in the ratio of 40:60. Whcih 
means you shall have 40% of the money while the remaining 
60% shall be mine.
