great, we'll upload the fix as soon as the fix for another important
bug has been found.

It's still possible to add the cipher,hash and size options to crypttab.
The defaults should be --key-size=256 --hash=ripemd160 and either
--cipher=aes-cbc-essiv:sha256 or --cipher=aes-cbc-plain
