Sure? It should be possible if the initramfs-tools hook parses the
keyscript file, while the keyscript file spcifies it's dependencies.
Then the hook-script could invoke something like copy_exec.
This could also be done via a dedicated funtion e.g. something like
dephook() (ok this name sucks ;) ) that is called by the hook, and that
calls stuff like copy_exec itself.
