As currently written, it comes across as unnaturally and not even as a
sentence fragment (when it's sometimes ok to ommit articles). I can
suggest another alternative which sounds better to my ears:

I understand and agree that some of these are very minor changes not
alone worth separate/independant patches. However all of them are
changes in the right direction. For confirmation, I would suggest to
ask on -l10n-english.
