great, just prepared cryptsetup-1.0.6~pre1+svn45-1 ;-)

before that i just pushed another fix for the manpage to svn:
luksKillSlot was not mentioned in the manpage yet. This is fixed now.

for me the current version works well, but i didn't test any cornercases
yet.
