Hey,

We intentionally remove the libcryptsetup library files from the package
as they don't have a stable API at all. Thus it's not a good idea to use
them. What exactly do you use libcryptsetup for? Maybe it would be
better to invoke cryptsetup with system() for now?

Feel free to contact cryptsetup upstream and discuss this issue with
him. Maybe he can be convinced to release a stable API. In this case we
could reconsider to add libcryptsetup packages.
