could you give some more information about your system?

i.e. which cryptsetup version did you have installed when you
encountered the bug?

please also paste the output of /conf/conf.d/cryptroot and
/conf/conf.d/resume in your initramfs.

last but not least the content of /tmp/mkinitramfs-log after executing
'sh -x /usr/sbin/mkinitramfs -o /tmp/initramfs 2>/tmp/initramfs-log'
would be useful as well.
