Hi,

I did a clean testing install two days ago and I hit same scenario...lvm
2+cryptsetup = no boot.


I have "solved" this little problem adding a small sleep
on /etc/init.d/cryptdisks, that, as being said, adds the needed time to
all the devices being created so cryptdisks could find them...

For me adding the sleep to the init script is quite an ugly solution,
quite sure there should be another fix...

Will try to have closer look to the startup process involved in lvm2
devices creation...if I find something will get back to tell you.
