did you configure software raid for the swap partition? can you describe
your setup? please paste /etc/fstab and /etc/crypttab. if you do have
software raid on top of encrypted partitions, then it's an intended
feature that the partition is synced every reboot. after all the random
key changes with every reboot, and a new swapfs is created on top of the
unlocked every time. thus the sync cannot be avoided.
