I'm fine with moving the library to /lib. But unfortunately the linked
libraries libgpg-error0 and libgcrypt11 need to move to /lib first,
they're installed to /usr/lib at the moment as well.
another advantage of these changes would be, that statically linking the
cryptsetup binary would no longer be required.
