[pkg-cryptsetup-devel] bug 716652 cryptsetup: please support --header (detached LUKS header) option in crypttab: is closed, but don't see patch applied in code

I will use this feature on a laptop, but could not find in the code the
application of this patch. At that accompanied this bug, it has been
addressed in version 1.6.4, but in the latest, 1.6.6 there is no
indication of modification or application of the suggested patch.

Taking advantage, I suggest the use of the patches listed in the bug
described in ubuntu:
