Hi, I'm sorry.

A before Call Trace mail was by another Debian kernel issue which was found by me.
It was seemed by r8169 kernel driver issue.
That Call Trace was resolved by using RealTeck driver insted of linux kernel r8169 driver.

But cryptsetup and virtualbox issue have not been resolved.
After r8169 issue was resolved I have been sttrugeled this issue continueously.

This issue is very difficult for resolving because of Debian jessie and kernel rsyslog setting.

Now their rsyslog setting of 'Kernel NMI wathchdog BUG: soft lockup' is 'Info' level.
I have awared it when same issue was coused by under multiuser.target( No X environment ).

I changed rsyslog setting rsyslog.conf to below.

*.info                     -/var/log/criticalmsg.log

Please see attached file of /var/log/criticalmsg.log at Jul 12 20:05:52.
Kernel made effort to wirte error message to file. But it never could not write it.

I believe that Debian jessie is still very buggy under cryptsetup and virtualbox environment.
This issue never been coused under Devian wheezy with cryptsetup and virtualbox 5.0.

Thank you
