[pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#827200: cryptsetup: cryptdisks_stop/start bash completion should only suggest reasonable target names

Hey.

Would be nice if cryptdisks_stop/start's bash completion would only provide
reasonable target names, that is:
- not yet started "disks" for _start
- started "disks" for _stop
