Reassigning accordingly.  To the kernel maintainers: userspace crypto
(‘algif_skcipher’ kernel module) is required for opening LUKS2 devices,
hence for setting up LUKS2 devices during installation.

Demoting severity to ‘wishlist’ since LUKS1 is still the default LUKS
version and works just fine without that module.  (Moreover existing
LUKS1 devices can later be converted to LUKS2 — and vice versa — for
instance from the initramfs shell.)
