Hi, I have the same bug of him with cryptsetup, I've added this lines
to both /etc/init.d/cryptdisks and /etc/init.d/cryptdisks.early and the
bug is gone
If you want you can add them as fix for crypttab but idk if the latest
udev update solves this issue
