[pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Wrong dep for buster cryptsetup?

Hi,

It looks to me that the dep on cryptsetup-bin needs to be updated to 
specify >= 2:2.0.2-1 or at least >= 2:2.0.0 (?) rather than the current 
 >= 2:1.6.0.

I'm looking to install a LUKS2-capable cryptsetup on stretch systems.
If I or others naively dpkg -i buster's cryptsetup and not buster's 
cryptsetup-bin (and its deps), it looks like that would break stretch 
systems.
