[pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#963696: cryptsetup: please consider an upload to buster-backports

Dear Maintainer(s),

There's a number of interesting new features in cryptsetup 2.3.0+, and
it would be really great to be able to use them in buster.

I have rebuilt the packages locally and everything works fine, with no
changes.

Please consider uploading to buster-backports, if possible and if time
allows.

I'd be more than happy to help out with an NMU.
