Unfortunately I doubt it will be possibly to do some fully generic
solution.

So best we'll get is probably either an unconditional inclusion or some
simpler copy_* function.


Thanks for your help with the hint on the 2.34 change... I had already
been at my wits end, why pthread didn't show up at ldd ^^
