Tests with isolation-machine will only run on amd64, no need to special 
case them further. If there are tests that you expect to only work on 
qemu that are NOT yet tagged with isolation-machine should be marked as 
such.

For non-amd64, we still run cryptsetup autopkgtest on lxc, so 
isolation-machine annotated tests will be skipped there automatically.

So, no, we don't have qemu support for i386, but I don't think it's 
correct to remove it from any list for this reason.
