[pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#1062756: cryptsetup-initramfs: cryptkeyctl script fails to discover decrypt_keyctl even when present

In case anyone else is having this issue, error appears to the end user as:

decrypt_keyctl: empty input from stdin
keyctl: command not found

Cryptsetup then gives an error about the password being incorrect.
