I see you reverted this patch in unstable and correctly updated the
version tracking. Can you explain why you reverted? We need this change
in unstable sooner rather than later to move forward with base-files and
I already announced my intention to NMU.
I am also removing the found version for bookworm. The bug is tagged
trixie sid to avoid it affecting bookworm. The change should not
propagate to bookworm and bookworm is not affected.
