Debian DB 4.4 packaging is missing versioned symbols. That makes it
useless.
Past experience tells me not to touch 4.4 until OpenLDAP users shake out all
of the bugs. Also, nothing Cyrus properly supports 4.4 yet, *unless* it has
exactly the same API as 4.3.
