Unless someone can convince me to change my mind, I'm not applying this.
It doesn't affect anything, at least not in the current version of
cyrus-sasl. The old package used chrpath to remove the rpath from some
binaries in the install target, and that seems to be a reliable way to
do it. The change is committed.

Although libtool gets run with -rpath /usr/lib, this doesn't seem to
have any effect on the rpath in the ELF header of the libraries. Maybe
libtool is smart enough not to put such a general path there. I
confirmed this by building the package and running chrpath --list on the
resulting libraries. Lintian also has a check for this, so an rpath
shouldn't slip through by mistake.
