cyrus-sasl2 override disparity

Hello,

I believe the override file should be changed for the below entries.
I'll comment each entry below.

This one I'm not totally sure about. It does contain documentation for a
Priority: important package.

The above two are transition packages which contain no actual libraries.

> libsasl2-modules_2.1.22.dfsg1-8_i386.deb: package says priority is important, override says optional.

This package is required for libsasl2-2 to function properly.

> libsasl2_2.1.22.dfsg1-8_i386.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override says libs.

This is a transition package which contains no actual libraries.

I kindly request that you consider the above and adjust the overrides
file as appropriate.
