Link to alternative SASL packaging

Hello folks,

I'm sorry about promising this months ago (in the ITA bug) and then
disappearing.  It's been a busy summer.

If it's at all of interest to anyone, the debian directory for our
internal packaging of Cyrus SASL is at:

    http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/tmp/cyrus-sasl/

I expect that by this point people have already gone far enough along with
new packaging that this isn't of interest any more, but just in case
there's something people find of use....

I'm lurking in the mailing list and can try to answer questions about our
packaging, although unfortunately have enough other Debian obligations
right now that I won't be able to help directly.
