my status report

Hey guys,

last weekend I tried to add the make-sql-non-verbose patch into the
package. Unfortunately this patch breaks the package. I think this is
because of the stricter gcc. The problem seem to be minor, but I don't
have much knowledge on C yet. I sure I can handle this when I finished
the book about C programming...
