Patches, part 2

Here are some more patches that I've processed. Please comment if you
want or can.

05_dbconverter.diff
Applied, could be useful for someone and the old package had it.

06_testsuite.diff
Applied, integration stuff. There was one code change which I would like
to go into another patch (change variable type from char to int because
getopt return type is int).

08_mutex.diff
Applied. Not sure about what bug is being fixed here, though. Apparently
the mutex can be in a true state without actually having been allocated.
Thoughts?

09_postgres_header.diff
Not applied. The same is now achieved by calling configure with
appropriate options.

10_fix_sasldb.al.diff
Not applied. Things seem to build fine without it, and though I'm not
100% sure about the details, I think it has to do with convenience
libraries. Correct me if I'm wrong about this.
