a new developer

Hey guys,

I just found the project page on alioth - very good idea since the
package in debian is very outdated.

I'd like to join the project because there is a bug [1] I'd like to
fix...I've seen more bugs with patches in BTS against the old
package...some of them don't look that difficult to fix.

I've also found the svn repository (svn socks!)...if you like to give me
write permission, blackm-guest is my alioth ID.
