I think there was some earlier discussion on the proper way to remove
/etc/sasldb2 on package purge.  Basically, it is necessary to either use
debconf (at package install time) or something in the prerm script at
purge in order to ask the admin what to do about it.

Perhaps something like what postgresql-server does when it asks the
admin whether the database cluster should be nuked or preserved when the
package is purged.
