The plan is to transition to libsasl2-2/libsasl2-2-dev. For etch, we'll
keep the old libsasl2(-dev) packages around, so it's fine to build-dep
on either.

The only possible change (that I see) to this plan is if the RMs are
against the naming transition. However, I believe we have already
addressed their (Steve Langasek's) concerns regarding the naming.

(FYI, the biggest concern with the naming change was apparently the
source package name change. That's been reverted.)
