Could we setup a mailing list for commit messages?

It requires direct access to the repository, which boils down to
     1. shell access to svn.debian.org (costa.d.o), and
     2. membership in the pkg-cyrus-sasl2 group.

You should have 2 (I think this is synchronized with membership in the
alioth project) but I'm not sure about 1.

Anyway, the repository is in /srv/svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-cyrus-sasl2/ on
costa, and that's where the "hooks" directory is. The stuff goes in
there, and I put the templates there, so it's just a matter of logging
in and getting the config right.
