When you say that they look fine to you, does that mean that you did
'svn update' and the files look OK in your editor?  I just want to
clarify.  In any event, I would be surprised if svn.debian.org was not
configured for unicode.

Also, I saw your previous mail about very limited time.  If that is the
case, then I think that I will try and make another release in the near
future as there have been quite a few bugs closed so far without a
release.
